In this project, I developed an interactive Tableau dashboard to visualize and track my job applications. Sourced directly from Google Sheets, the data is dynamically collected through Tableau’s virtual connections. I streamlined the process by creating a custom Tableau Prep flow that not only extracts the data but also unpivots it, allowing for a cleaner and more insightful analysis.
To make the dashboard accessible to a wider audience, I embedded it directly into my website using Tableau’s Connected Apps. This ensures that anyone can view the dashboard without the need for login credentials, providing an intuitive and transparent view of my job application journey. The entire dashboard was created within a single day, showcasing the power and efficiency of Tableau for rapid data-driven decision-making.
